Quiet 1-Room Apartment in Sendling

The apartment is located on the north side of our residence St. Josef with a quiet location to the residence's own garden. The apartment is on the third floor and can be reached comfortably and barrier-free by lift. Completely renovated, modernised and with PVC-free vinyl flooring in parquet look, the apartment has a fitted kitchen, shower and WC as well as cable and telephone connections.

As you walk through our impressive building, an architectural monument from the late 1920's, or stroll through the beautiful inner gardens, you will be enveloped in the splendor of a bygone era. Our biodiverse green spaces invite you to enjoy nature. And just a few steps from the residence you will find a well-kept park, which also attracts with events in summer.

We want you to feel comfortable and at home with us. You can therefore furnish your apartment according to your own taste. Your pet is also welcome. And if you need assistance for your move, we will help you right from the start: from planning the move to re-registering.
