The home is located in a quiet residential area in Hadern, in the south of Munich. From the old village centre, all shops selling daily commodities are within walking distance. Forstenrieder Park and the traditional beer garden are just a few steps away, while the underground takes you to Marienplatz in some 20 minutes.

In Margarete-von-Siemens-Haus, elderly residents lead independent lives in a pleasant ambience with help on hand in emergencies. If you are still able to cope on your own but are no longer happy with your current living situation, you will find a friendly home here. Residents live together in their own apartments under the one roof in a residential community that affords them safety and security.

If you need temporary or longer term support, you can easily take advantage of our domiciliary services: care and assistance from our ambulatory care service or healthy, delicious food by our Meals on Wheels service, delivered directly to your apartment. In case of emergency, you can call our 24-hour emergency line for assistance at the touch of a button.

Apartments are available with one or two rooms. The 99 apartments range in size between 30 m² and 69 m². All apartments have a small kitchen, balcony and a bathroom with a shower. A communal bathroom with bathtub is located on each floor.
