As a non-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Munich, we operate residences across Munich and offer you reliable support. Our first priority is to create an atmosphere in which our residents feel at home, with cosy surroundings and individual care. Your personal style of living, wishes and needs are always our first concern.
Care and nursing homes
Our nine care and nursing homes are home to elderly people who need permanent care and assistance and who depend on help in their everyday lives.
Supported residences
Five supported residences offer active seniors who lead independent lives accessible apartments as an economic alternative to their present home. Living in these apartments can bring a new quality of life to old age - through the privacy of the resident’s own apartment, the comfort of a community and security in emergencies.
