The barrier-free apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of the so-called Hirmer-Haus of our residence Haus an der Rümannstraße. Built in the mid-1970s, the apartments have been modernised and adapted to today's needs and demands for living quality. The residence is located in a purely residential area and is bordered by a spacious park with a duck pond. Here you can enjoy peace and nature - and be in the city centre in 25 minutes. A bus stop is directly in front of the house.
